Beginner in need of advice

So I'm hoping some of you experienced fellas can help me out here, seeing as I'm a huge noob to steroids. I'm 20, 6'4, 175lbs, and am hoping to start my first cycle. My diet includes an average amount of protein, large amounts of carbs and fat daily. Currently I am very lanky and really hope to bulk up in my upper body. Previously i was training 3-4 hours every day, but for the past month have only been training 2-3 hours for about 3 days a week. If i start a cycle I will pick up the training for sure. I am really hoping for an oral cycle, and bulk which will not go away when i finish my cycle. If anyone is willing to help that would be great.
 
Welcome to the board mate .

First is your over training , no more than 1hr in the gym with the correct lifts and a good training split .

6 to 7 meals per day with about 50g of protein in each meal .

Can you put up your average daily diet so we can help there first.

Diet:
Breakfast: 2 Eggs, 3 Strips Bacon, Protien Shake
Lunch: Sandwich packed with meat or chicken breasts
Dinner: Chicken, Steak, or BBQ with vegtables, and generally another protien shake
Currently i snack on unhealthy carbs and sugars in between meals...
My training has caused slight weight gain, but 0 bulk which is my problem.
 
At 20 6'4 and only 175lb you know what im gonna say right .......you have no need to use aas yet , theirs heaps of test being made in your body and you just need to get your diet and training dialed in .

Hit the diet forum and training forum and read up mate you can put on 20lbs easy if you train and eat smart .

Food > AAS

You need to EAT more! 3 meals a day? That's what they serve in prison.
 
1. Get your diet together, you are not eating enough. you have no good carbs in your meals. eat 6-7 meals.
2. You are overtreining, you should not be in the gym longer than 45min 4 times a week. stay away from cardio.
3. Dont think about aas until you are at least 235lbs
