I have been lifting for 2 years. Im 6' 1" and 185lbs at aprox 6%bf. Im 32 yrs old. I have some d-bol and want to try my first cycle. how much should i take? and for how long? I will follow with pct. Thinking nolvodex/clomid. I would just like a suggestion on how much to take a day and for how many weeks. I just want some size and strength gains. I have never tried anything like this before so I hoping I will see a decent change since my body isnt used to it. I have read that you can gain 3-4lbs a week on d-bol with the right diet and training. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
