how can I prevent gyno??

What did you think about my diet? and training program?


If I take a cycle what do you sugest me I have access almos to all of the gear Im in Mexico and my friend gets any drug
what do you sugest for my first cycle to put some mass (6-8 kilos) and at the end cutting



I think I eat correctly and I have 2 years lifting now, a lot of dicipline.

Heres what I eat more or less

8 am otmeal with skim milki (2 glasses of milk)
8 egg whties

11am 2 tuna cans some bread

2 pm 2 chicken breasts corn

5 pm 2 tuna cans

8 pm protein shake

11 pm 200 grams of turkey breast or 2 tuna cans

I put some light yoghurts during the day and steamed rice


can you tell me whats wrong!!
Should I do this lifting 4 times a week?? isnt 4 times a little bit lazy


Now if you think I need some gear what do you recomend me I want to put up like 5 to 7 kilos and be cut.
