Before pix..Ill keep it updated

Im not flaming bro. Just giving you some constructive critism...

I dont think there is anything better for you right now than a good protein powder, creatine, glutamine, training and cardio....

Dont take this the wrong way, but it doesnt look like you work out??

Roids are for people that want to take their bodies to the next level, those who have hit a platue and cannot gain anymore.. I dont think you fall under any of those categories.

If you need advice on diet, training and cardio let us know or hell pm me...
8-12 weeks of training, diet and cardio will get you further physique wise than some cycle...

Im on the cusp bf wise esp since my surgery, but good muscle memory and being back in the gym for mma has and will continue to help as well.

You got a long way to go. But I am cheering for you. What is that you are looking for? Size? Or just add something to that flabby look? Or just get really thin but ripped?

I really don't understand what you are saying. I do understand you had surgery and you're back in the gym, but what are you really trying to say with this post? I agree with JuicedAthletics as far as you needing to make sure your diet and training is in check before you plan on using anything.

Hey bro there is no way I would take your thoughts as a flame, as a matter of fact I respect your opinion. I am recovered from gyno surgery. I am a full contact fighter and I do work out. I am being straight up when I say that the weights hit the backburner when I had the surgery and grappling and training have been activities since. I have been very muscular before and responded well to gear just didnt educate myself on pct a few years back and got gyno. I decided to get it taken care of recently because my insurance paid for all of it. Not making excuses Im not the best bodied guy right now thats for sure but for what I do an ugly bodied me can definitely hold my own, you feel me? Im an athlete plain and simple and I am confident that ill be alright and turn this body around bro. Thanks for the thoughts thoughts and well wishes. I will keep this updated with pics.

Cool. Then you should have no problem at all then. Just eat good bro! And of course train hard but don't overdo it.

I agree it helps. Im an honest guy though, Im not gonna come to this forum and spit fake stats out at folks. Im just a regular guy that works for a living and trains mma. Im a grown man and just like everyone else here I know my body better than anyone. I was there when I was 250lbs and solid, I was the one putting in the work to get there, and I know my body will remember. This place is awesome man, the wealth of knowledge and diverse opinions are invaluable. I want the fellas that have helped me so far to feel good when they witness my body changing. Im not here to front, not here to bullshit im here because some great guys refered me.

I like your way of thinking... It takes guts to post pics up... 90% of the people on this board dont have the balls to do it no matter what they look like... Best of luck to you and keep posting your progress.

Good Luck k to you bro.....

Ok just finished week 2 of test e 500mg wk, and proviron 50mged, taking 25mg of aromasin and nolvadex each day. supplements include whey protein, a light creatine for work out drink and post workout protein shake, potassium, milk thistle, cranberry extract, sesapure, glucorell, and a mutli vitamin.

I am the first admit that I wasnt at the desired bodyfat ratio to make me a candidate for AS according to some on this board, but I did my reserch consulted my doctor and my mma coach. I had proper bloodwork done etc.

The body hurt for the first complete week. I had forgotten what it was like to truely enjoy lifting weights but boy was I sore. Bench when I started was 255 max. Squats were 275, deadlift 305, i know these are weak but im just being honest. I have been really dialing in on my diet and water intake, alongside increased grappling, after the first week I felt fantastic and to ME I could see minor changes in my body even though its probably in my head.

I have been sleeping great but the weird thing is that I have gained 7 pounds in the first two weeks but when you see my before and after front shots I dont see where the weight gain is at. I know its early I am just trying to keep everyone in the loop.So here they are before and after, remember I just finished wk2before front

wk2 front
