before pics...ladies please look..need your advice!!

Bi's and tummy look good...from what I can tell. I cant see the others since i am not a Platinum member :bawling:

How long have you been working out for?

I was the cardio queen for the past 7 years, doing weights kinda "when I felt like it"...

only been lifting with real regularity for the past month, maybe 6 weeks?

I hope by summer I can show a full pic in a bikini :). My lower body is pretty good, just not as muscular as the top...but I'm going to work like a bitch to get there!
 
You look good girl..but ya need to eat!!!! What is your diet like now? How are you training? I would stay AWAY from cardio for a while..you do not need any!!!!!
 
ok.. this is a typical day for me...

8:30 am oatmeal and iced coffee with milk
12pm protein bar
2:30 pm grilled chicken over salad
5 pm protein bar
8pm turkey or tuna with broccoli
11:pm tasti delite (like a fake frozen yogurt..90% water, no
sugar, 1 g fat and 14 carbs)

I do mix it up, but that is typically what I have been eating the past few weeks. I actually love the taste of protein bars..my secret is I freeze them and they taste alot better, I fool myself into thinking they are a candy bar :) This diet is hard for me, since bread is my favorite food. I actually used to live on bread and fruit. I do have 2-3 beers a week. I tried having rum and diet coke, but it almost made me puke..

I am 5'6, 128lbs...I need to have my BF tested...the last time I did (a year ago) it was 22%..I weighed at least 135 and didnt have half the muscle I have now. So I am hoping it is lower.

I travel around ny, nj, pa and ct every week for business. I really try to stay on the diet, my bosses think I'm nuts for carrying around bars with me...but I could care less.
 
Nice pics, esp your delt/bi tie in - keep up the good work! Former cardio queen here too. My upper body muscled up faster than the lower also. I was ripped up top and soft below - a skinny pear body. Once I got over my fear of training legs heavy, my lower body tightened up like I never thought it could. Squats, lunges, deadlifts RULE.
 
yes..i'm trying to do legs as heavy as I can...

last night I did 160 lb leg press...up nicely from the 110 I was doing a few months ago....:)

Anyways I think your back looks good

But next time you take ur pics try focusing more on the arms (up to the forearm) instead of your chest because it looks like you have great arms, but you cant realy see them

lol...I tried to get my arms...its just hard to take the pic of yoursefl and get the arms in too...

next time I will use the timer on my camera :)
 
I think you need a little more protein, maybe some with breakfast and another small light meal with some protein about 9:30 or 10am. Keep working those leggs that will burn the fat and build muscle all over!
