Thanks, I have to see them in pictures. When I look in the mirrors at the gym, they look like they are 10-12" to me. Damn muscle dismorphia.
hahahha.........had the same problem on my last cycle. i kept checking myself out in the mirror everyday, wondering when i would see some improvements. at the end of a 6 week cycle i was ready to beat the shiot outta my source for selling me .......nothing.... but placebos.

then i took a road trip to see my broly and his family; hadn't seen them for about 4 months..........the first morning, when i stumbled outta bed in only my boxers, the eye popping look on their faces made me realize i had done some good. ("DAYUM, boy, u been liftin' some iron, huh?")

we are always our own worst critic, BBF!!!!!!

Jaymis, at the time those pictures were taken, I was doing a modified CKD. 3 days of ketosis followed by one day of carb loading. Low carb days were 70-80% fat, 20-30% protien 1-5% fat, 5000-7000 calories

An average day might be
3 lbs of steak (shoulder steak or sirloin)
half a jar or natural peanut butter, or a handful fo macadamia nutts
1 lbs of romain lettuce
4 tbs of Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar
8-10 tbs of olive oil
4-5 tbs of flax oil
assorted steamed veggies and or nutts
Carb loading days ranged from 6000-1000 calories and varied greatly depending on what I was in the mood to eat.

I need carbups once every 4 days when training hard and trying to gain size. It seems to work better for me than once a week. 3 days of ketosis is enough to reduce muscle glycogen stores enough for me to get a supercompensation effect from the carb load.

Actaully, I guess I should call it an anabolic diet, since what I've been doing is closer to Dr. Mario DePasquale's current mass gaining diet than to what is generally refered to as a CKD.

do you feel ckd diets are better than tkds for shedding fat or will they pretty much give the same results, i am doing a tkd right now with high carbs after work out and then protein and a low gi carb in next meal. my carbs on days i lift are around 90. I can't decide if i should just switch to ckd. thanks
