Before my first cycle

I'll post some more after my cycle which will be deca only, oh well I'm still trying to lean up. Damn though look at the stretch mark across right below my pecs it's huge, got it from gaining 35 pounds within 4 months ,but hey I'm still quit smoking so I guess it was worth it.

as soon as I get access to a scanner I'll post some before pics as in before I started reading this board and my idea of working out was lifting till I was sore and then lifting again 2 days later in spite of still being sore and so on till I would either half pull a muscle or just get burned out cause I didn't progress at all. This board has made me getting bigger possible, you'll understand when you see the pic........... stay tuned

Trying to lean up ???? If I were you I would hit a bulking cycle...you are already lean enough
 
why would you take a deca only cycle?? You won't see many gains at all off that. Congrats of the progress that you've already made though

why can't I gain good on deca only? I think I can. Besides, I don't want to gain 30 pounds of size just yet. I'de rather just get 10 to 15 pounds bigger for now and hopefully more vascular. Believe me I will do a second cycle come this fall and it will have:
500mg. sust
300mg. deca
25mg. dbol wk. 1-4
followed by clomid
and that's the one I'm looking for 30 pounds. It's not like you can only do one cycle and that's it, as for being a waste of money, nah I'm just being safe and looking before I leap, I'll keep you all posted and let you know how it goes. thanks again for all of your help.
 
I agree with the other guys on this one. I'd do the 500sus/400deca/25dbol cycle next and you'll be done. You have modest goals so get it over with and be done in one trip down the anabolic highway.

Thanks bro, basically I eat anything I want to trying not to go crazy on junk though this is my basic diet
meal 1: 6 eggs 3pieces of wheat bread (sometimes with jelly on it)
meal 2: steak sandwich usally a 8 oz piece of steak and a banana
meal 3 two cans of tuna and 2 cups of pasta (with a little sauce)
meal 4: protein powder and a cup of oatmeal (with a little sugar)
meal 5: 8 oz steak and a box of macaroni and cheese
meal 6: protein drink with a banana or sometimes a scoop of icecream
meal 7: protein drink or a sandwich

as far as training goes I was doing a five day split working 30-45 minutes a session concentrating on bench, squats and arms but then I quit working shoulders directly about week 5 or 6
I feel I gained well off just the deca and look foward to this fall when I will do test deca and dbol

Ever use any of the MQ supplements? I have some Phenyl X that I am waiting till after my next contest to use...I have heard great things about it and fat loss?
