before and after pics

good job! like the oak said when your done dieting your gonna look the part. what have you been doing during this phase?
 
thanks guys... no clue on the bf.... i just took pics with my web cam every 2 weeks to make sure i was making progress... as for my diet and cycle:

meal 1
1 cup oatmeal mixed in with 2 scoops of prolab whey

meal 2

asparagus and 5 oz. cooked chicken

meal 3
same as meal 2

meal 4
1.5 cup of brown rice... 5 oz cooked chicken

workout

meal 5
same as meal 4

meal 6
asapagus.... 5 oz cooked chicken.... 1 tbsp anpb

prop 500/week
eq 500/week 12 weeks total
