So here is my progression folder...which is the one I wanted you all to see in the first place. Sorry for the repost...but figured I may be able to get some comments this way since it actually works now. Ive done all this with diet, supps, and training. Looks good...I would work more on quads and lats, but other than that your right on track.

Muscle up...I agree with the quads...although they are much improved from the previous year, i.e. the first competition pics (2002). I really worked to bring them up for the Cinci show (2003). But they can always improve. Whats worked best for me is going ass to grass on squats.

As for lats, my best pose is actually my front lat spread...they are very wide for my waist and actually i get compliments on how my back looks in my shirts at the gym all time...I wish i had a pic. However, I need more thickness in them...and Ive been incorporating more deads and rows to help this along. Hopefully I can get this thickness to increase the aeshetics of that rear double bicep shot, which is what Im assuming you were judging from.

And as for calves...theyve grown this offseason...look better than ever...but still need work...they are definitely a work in progress.
