my arms where 13 1/2 now there 16 1/2 .....I look @ this as a start im not closed 2 being done ...Im not stoping until my arms are 25 inch

I'm not flamaing, but i cant see that big difference on those arms.

Those gains suck. This guy should have trained natural to build his base before getting a tan and "squeezing real hard" in the second photo. That's not to say he doesn't have balls to post the pics tho. But lets not kid ourselves. Cmooooooooooooon:alien:

WHEN YOU GAIN 3 ARM INCHES THE ARM LOOKS REAL CHANGED. I MEAN, YOU DO LOOK BETTER THAN THE BEFORE PICTURE BUT IT DOSENT LOOK AS IF YOU ADDED 3 INCHES. JUST A POINT. PEACE
 
i was thinking about going on a cutting cycle but I changed my mind Im going 2 do more bulking im not sure i even want 2 look cutt yet ...My next cycle will be sust, EQ and D-bol

Would u like me 2 say i lied about 3 inch ?If im going 2 lie ill say there 18 ....Its funny though because this dude in the gym has 15 inch arms and his look bigger then mine because he has a peek ...I need 2 work on my peek ...Im glad I post these pics ...It will help me work out even harder in the gym ...I just got of a cycle and I lost a lot of my strength ..And lately I havent been feeling like working out @ all ..so this will help me
 
Acutally looks like your bigger in the second picture b/c its a close up compare to the first. Now i did norice te chest a bit difference and traps but arms not really due to far shot and close up throws your eyes off. What cycle are you doing now and how long you been doing it?

My cycle was creatine 500mg a week
 
LOl no way creatine only? well thats good imagine when you do a winny and anavar cycle ;-)
 
Well bro I think you look great.. It looks like more than 3" on your arms to me at least..

How long have you been training? Did you say all natural?

Ive got some GOOD news and some BAD news.

BAD news
* You're hiding your gut
* You need to go the gym and spend some time there
* Do some cardio

GOOD news
* You won't be spending a lot of money on anabolics cuz you dont need to
 
I would suggest some fina, winnie, anavar. You are a fattie. No offense intended, but you need to loose some fat. I am 5'7" 150 and I look more much better than you at 174 at a simmilar height. I want more mass, but I would not take mass in exchange for your fat.
 
Okay, okay. I should get more serious with my critique. So here goes. 1. Your traps aren't bad, I will give you that. 2. Prehaps if your bf % was lower you might have pecs that are not too bad either. They would certainly stand out better without the stomach. 3. Sorry, but your arms are horrible. In that pic I see no peak whatsoever. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and say that prehaps you may have a better peak if you posed in a way in which your bis were truely contracted, rather than just hiding the gut with that pose that you are doing in the second pic. 4. Did you ever do a single sholder press in your life? 5. The stomach. Need I say more? Seriously, if you are 5'6" 174 then you do have some mass for your height but it is gonna look like crap if you don't cut up some. If you wanna take the road of being a fattie for quite some time and then cutting up, be my guest, but as far as I am concerned and I think alot of others here seem to agree ... UNTIL YOU LOOSE SOME FAT YOU LOOK HORRIBLE! Are you a lost cause? I think not. Get on a cutting cycle. Include those sholder presses and cardio. More bicep curls and tricep extensions as well. Life is not just benching and srugs. Fina, winnie, anavar... There is your anwser. Godspeed!
