do not take this the wrong way...but DIET is your problem...if you do not master your diet and actually eat...DO NOT TAKE ANY JUICE until you have mastered your DIET bro...how did you eat during this bulking cycle...once again,do not take this the wrong way...
 
Keep on bulking there little fella. 20 pounds is great progress. You are obviously a serious ectomorph. You need to get your calories WAY UP. Don't give up and you will be rewarded. You look like you have the type of metabolism where you won't have to worry about gaining fat while bulking up. You should be able to stay fairly lean all the time as you grow. Hit it hard and eat like a ravenous animal and you'll grow.
 
not bad for natural. you look like the type that it's very hard to gain size. Post your stats, work out and diet.
 
Be patient bro- and stay natural.

Both of these factors will make it difficult for you to gain weight unless you really train hard and eat a shitload of food. Don't worry though. It gets easier as you get older.

how many grams of fat would you say is an appropriate amount for me?
 
i mean like what would be going over-board.. cos i know fat has the most calories in it
 
THE GUYS ARE RIGHT YOU NEED TO RESEARCH A GOOD DIET AND STICK WITH IT FOR 3-6 MONTHS BEFORE YOU THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW.
 
Lift hard, Train right and Eat right....you will get there. Remember a males muscles are not fully mature until the age of 32. You have a lot of growing to do. Don't go anywhere near the juice until you have lifted with dedication for atleast 5 years.
 
50/40/40/40/50/30... okay 250g protein a day :()
80/120/30/100/100/30... 460g carbs
15/10/15/10/20/10.. 80-90g fat??

Seriously, for natural that's actually pretty good. I was real small around the age of 18. Keep lifting and eat a lot because you'll keep growing at that age - I know I did. Good progress bro.
 
Stick in there, i was your size about 3 years ago when I graduated high school. Always had trouble gaining weight no matter how much I ate. I think that it will be hard to find a diet to fit you individual needs, just eat lots of steak, and triple beacon cheeseburgers from McDonalds:D No cardio, remember eating is way more important at this point than training, or even using gear. You can look any way you want, the body is like clay and you can shape it to look like anything you imagine.
