Beenieman week 6 update...

Yo bros,

Well I've been outta town for a bit but I just finished my first bottle of sust and am very pleased with the results so far.

My start weight was 190 at the start it's now 207. Some of it is water I'm defenitely holding some but nevertheless I'm gaining.

Weights:

Flat bench 265 for 6
Squats (don't laugh) 250 for 4 (up 30%)
bis, tris, back and delts are all off the charts.

Diet is spot most days and I rest every 5-6 days. This has been an awesome ride so far.

Thanks Cal, I've neglected my legs my whole life and I'm battleing to get em stronger. I'll post some pics when I'm done. My upper body results so far have been pretty impressive.

when i first started out legs a year ago i could barely balance 225 on my shoulders now i can do reps with 405
