Been taking anavar 40mg ed for 5 mo's

Been taking anavar 40mg ed for 5 mo's. Strength has gone way up, and I'm starting to get nice definition all over. BF is slightly down, and my bodyweight is staying pretty steady. I may have gained a few lbs. I haven't really been taking in any creatine. FYI.. when I was taking in creatine alone, no anavar, I must have gained 5-8 lbs in a few weeks, I'm sure most if not all of it was water weight. For those of you who claim to gain an average of 10 lbs on anavar.. I'm guessing you are taking in creatine as well. Anavar isn't going to put a lot of weight on you for those that want to know.. atleast it didn't for me and I eat like a horse.

What will I be missing if I continue my anavar 40mgs ed without creatine? Besides the water weight?

Just had some blood tests run.. my liver and cholesterol checked out just fine, but my glucose is high!? 126! 109 is apparently the norm. I'm five seven 150lbs (32 yrs old). I don't take in a lot of sugar.. I wonder if the anavar had anything to do with this. Maybe eating lunch before doing blood tests was a bad thing ;) Should I be worried? Just watch the soda's and sugar for a bit? What would a high sugar level do to me? Thanks for your time everyone. Glad my results turned out ok.. and the liver is fine :)

5 months?! Wow, good to know your cholesterol is in check. If you eat before a blood test your blood glucose levels will definitely by high, and doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the amount of sugar you take in. You would probably be within normal limits if you were to be tested again on an empty stomach.

I do not think the anavar would have an effect on your blood glucose levels. If you are worried about it try taking ginseng. It has been shown to help type 2 diabetics manage high blood sugar levels.

That's nearly half a year at 40mgs/day,a testiment to ox's safety and low hepatoxicity.Watch your overall sugar intake, pay attention to the labels on what you consume. Also,if you go off the creatine,up your protein intake,as this will go a long way with ox's anabolic/anti-catabolic activity.

I'm going to fast and take another blood test in april. I will report back then. So far.. I have been loving this stuff!! My buddy and I started working out together in Jan. We've been doing this for a year now. I have been going religiously to the gym, but for health reasons or work he has missed some weeks here and there. He also threw out his shoulder that put him out for 1.5 mo's. Anyway he isn't taking any supplements. I on the other hand take in protein shakes and anavar at 40mgs ed. and it is definetly apparent in the weights we are moving. We started off working with the same weight. He was actually squatting more than me back then. I am currently doing 2x's his weight in squats. I am so much stronger than him in all exercises that it's incredible. Love this stuff :) I wonder how long I can take this stuff. Any suggestions? I have a whole lot left.. maybe I should take a break for a month and then pick it back up? Or should I just keep taking it till it runs out? Can I take it year round? hehe Enquiring minds want to know!? ;)
