It happened to me after being on test. I think it's also diet related. If you're eating to gain, you're likely taking multiple shits every day and that can take its toll on you. Try to eat more fiber, it helped me immensely. It happened a few times, but after eating more fiber I haven't had a problem since. If it keeps happening you need to see a doc about it.
