Hey guys, I joined this site a couple weeks back and have been absorbing as much info as possible! Finally decided to introduce myself and make my first post. Im 23 and have been active all my life in competitive sports mostly soccer and basketball. Unfortunatly I was never really exposed to strict weight training.
When I turned 21 I started to get lazy and would go out way too much enjoying the bar scene...typical stuff. After a few months of that I noticed that I had put on some weight and wasnt nearly as toned as I used to be. Obviously I got frustrated and I started to work out. The first few months were hit and miss and I was just learning about form and different exercises. By the time I hit 22 I was getting pretty good with my diet and making respectable gains in strength and size. Im now almost 24 (in july) and serious about my training and diet, and have been so for a good year straight. Minus a few months due to a motorcycle accident...
I am currently 6ft. 180lbs. 15%ish bf
Some measurements: Arms, 14 1/2in. Chest, 41 in. Shoulders, 46in. Waist, 33in. Thighs, 24in.
I eat 5-6 times a day, about every 3 hours or so. I try and consume about 2500-3000 calories/day. I also do my best to break everything down by the 50/30/20 principle (carbs/protein/fats) and I consume 180-190 grams of protein a day from natural sources and a shake or two. I also take creatine, glutamine and a multivitamin.
I train 5 days a week: Mon. legs+abs Tues. Chest+abs Wed. Back
Thur. Abs Fri. Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's. Sat and Sun off
I am considering doing my first cycle and due to whats available and my goal (to gain lean muscle, not too concerned on getting huge, yet.)
This is what I am thinking of.
Test Propionate/ Winstrol(liquid):
6 wks.
T:400mgs/wk W:100mgs eod
PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - : Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - , and after some reading here, Sustain Alpha, Toco-8, and EndoAmp
Im definetly open to critisism and questions. Im know Im still learning, but I also know that the things in life worth having are worth working for.
