For a few months actually. Never had knee issues and this didn't arise from trauma or any unusual activity (ie I still don't work out). The medical visual I drew up on adobe last night shows my areas of pain:

- the red shows what I thought was the focus of the pain/discomfort, on the inside of my knee (almost meniscus type ish up in this bitch)
- but then I was stretching (for a coffee bun) one day and realized that the pain ran a vertical line up towards my hammy.

Fix me, assholez.

looks like about the same place that i had ortho surgery done for a torn meniscus

first off. fuckin lol at the picture. I've been sore in the exact same place for months, shit even woke me up a few nights. MRI negative.

I was told it was just a tweak. ice that bich and if the pain becomes unbearable see the doc, could be meniscus. But since the most physical thing that you do in a day is, stumble out of your car and skip into starbucks for your chocolotahambone its probably nothing

I had issues with that area for like eight months last year. I never went to the doc for it, which might have been dumb. But I just tried to rest and ice it. lately I wear a soft brace whenever i work out and it seems to help me not re-aggravate it.

Stop eating coffee buns, lose weight and make it easier on your knee.

so will this help with my medial epiconylitis? (golfers elbow) shits been going on for about 7 or 8 months and pisses me off.

Yes, it should.

I wouldn't say this if I didn't experience this for myself.

Not saying that the ingestion of this EFA will CURE a physical issue - meaining "magically heal" a torn muscle or "cure arthiritis" (which is a degenerate disease). What I am saying is that it is a VERY EFFECTIVE anti-inflamatory that if taken properly on a regular basis will MOST DEFINITELY help reduce inflamation.

The Old Grump and I are meeting with two different manufacturers of emu and krill oil products that have marketed their products mostly to physicians. We will choose/formulate products specifically for my product line and will be bringing them to market ASAP.

Did anyone say Tendinitis yet ?

Do I win a prize ?
Like an invite to one of Lestat's parties ?

That, plus your getting old..

So will Ice 2-3 X a day.. and its cheaper

Think of the poor Emu's

Yes, sir you are correct. But by the same token ice is NOT an essential fatty acid w/a host of proven health benefits. :)

A body can properly function without ice but NO BODY can function properly without ingesting essential fatty acids.

I've got healthy load of Essential Fatty Acids you can ingest.. :)

ice don't work

and jesus fuck with the gratuitous salesy crap.

I was trying to help you out. In case you didn't notice my site has no product for sale. We may not ever as that is not my initial target.

You can do your own research and buy from whomever you wish. :) But I can not be held responsible for anyone else's product which is why I no longer recommend anyone directly. I used to but that person's product line went TO SHIT.
