Been 1 Year, Time To CHARGE

Whatup good bros. Haven't been around here much in the last year or more. First and foremost, I got hurt (football back injury) and was down WAY down for 6 months. $2k to the chiro later and lots of rest I'm ready.

I'm still 6'4 250, only now I'm sure my BF went from 10% to 15% or more which fucking pisses me off. While I was hurt I said fuck it and used the time to relax, have fun and eat my girls non-stop cooking. Flame away.

This'll be my...uhh...4th cycle

1st - Sus 250/wk and winny
2nd - Test E 500wk + Primo 800/wk + Prov50/day
3rd - Primo 800/wk + Prov 50/day (this fucked me up, I needed test in there bad. Gotta learn the hard way I guess)

Pretty sure those are close to accurate.

That all said, I'm dialed in my diet once again, dropped the garbage and the booze, and got my gear. Dunno who remembers me, but I'm not a powerlifter and technically not a true bodybuilder. I've always played far too many sports to truly bulk. I still get great results in the gym hard and stayin active on the court.

Going to have:
Sus (love it works better than E for me)
Var (haven't tried it but Hulk swears by it)
Prov
Stanz (might make my hair fall out but I wanna finish with it)

I'm not into big huge #'s, I get great results w/ 1-2 cc's of test a week. Want opinions how you would structure a nice 8-10 weeker. I won't get into bulk vs cut as I never do that the way most would traditionally do it. I run a cycle, eat really well, sleep like a rock, stay off the booze, and stay active and flexible. It works for me.

Gimme some numbers. I like opinions. Hope to see some familiar faces (err names).

with those compounds why not try:

sustanon 500mg a week for 10 weeks
anavar 60mg ED for 10weeks
winny 50mg ED for week 6-10
along with a P`C`T

would you think about adding dec`a to the mix?
 
Never ran Deca before, but with at my size with my current weight I wouldn't want the bloat.

Most would say frontload the var for 4 weeks. Have you had experience with it that long? Haven't used it, but reports say it murders the cholesterol/bp.

I think that that's a solid cycle.
You could add the proviron, but the winny and var should harden you up nicely, plus that would be 3 orals but since they're all moderate doses it shouldn't be a problem.

no need to front load the anavar bro, i found 80mg ED to be the magic number for me.

run sus for 10 weeks 500mg ew = 2 shots i did mine with sus on sunday and wed some people beg to differ and sware you have to do EOOD injections but i blew up 30 pounds on my first cycle of sus and dbol.

run the anavar for 8-10 weeks @ 80mg ed

ps how much winstral do you have??? and what MG are the tabs, or are they tabs?
 
xrsist - Recommending going all the way with the var. I have access to consistant lipid testing equipment, so I suppose I can just watch the vitals

holy ghost - I did testE eood, but when I ran sus I only did 250 so 1 stick. Access isn't a problem for me, so I can get as much winny as I want. I actually don't have the winny yet, so we'll see but last time it was tabs, but I've used both. (even tried drinkin it lol)

So I'm guessing you think the Prov isn't necessary. Any value to doing var OR winny (not both) and adding the prov? Since I haven't done Var I won't know until I try, but winny gave me mad hardness and I got quicker on the court, but my knees ached after a run.

Shooting for a body recomp more than 30 pounds. I don't need a lot of size, I'm a big dude. I want back my musculature and my fitness. There's already muscle underneath this little layer of chub. I know I could diet it down over time, but I'm gonna cheat a little :D
