Just wanted to let everyone know, I'm headed to bed now. 11:40pm PST.

I had a cyst removed from my back today. They cut out a big chunk.. on the left side.. about 4 inches to the left of my spine, 4 inches down from the top of my lat. I'm not taking anything post op for the pain but I can feel it.

Doc said take 2-3 days off of lifting anything that would push, pull, or pump that area!

Hope you feel better, sweets. You have my respect as a badass for not taking anything for the pain. (But if you want any Naproxen in your cookies, just say so.)

I have slews of pain killers on hand..

The thing about me is.. pain killers are one of my favorite recreational drugs. I like them much better the any other drug I have used.. alcohol included.

I am aware of the potential for addiction, tolerance, and physical damage that can be done with them so I realy limit my usage, both recreationally and medically.

I'd never want to get in the situation where I needed vicodan, codeine, dillaudid, or demoral because I had a broken bone, surgery, etc... and it didn't work because I'd fucked around too much with the recreationally.

The back, where I had my cyst removed, is very UN sensitive.. the pain I have is a deep dull pain.. really closer to soreness then anything. In a weird way I kinda like it.
