Scoop and a half of Twinlab Vegefuel (soy isolate), three scoops of Nikken "Perfect Start" MRP, and some steamed broccoli to wash it down with. Total damage? About 50 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbs, 12 grams of fat, and a squidload of fiber. Mmm...
When bulking: 80g oatmeal(40g carbs), caseinprotein 15g, 140g tuna: 55-58g protein, 45g carbs, 8g fat(my oatmeal has 5g fat - my oatmeal has about 7g fat per 100g)
Depending what phase of my diet I'm on : cutting/bulking.
I usually eat some oatmeal w/ casein protein w/ fiber. Ratios: 50g protein/1 cup oatmeal/ 10-20 g fiber total. Sometimes I add Flaxseed, all depending on the phase.
