I know this has came up MANY times, but today at the gym i had a debate with a friend of mine who is a exersice science major. We were doing squats together and i was going real deep and he was going barely parelle. We got into a debate about which is better and more dangerous. He tells me he knows and has heard of many many people who have blown out there needs because they went deep. I asked him if he would bench press only half way. Has anyone ever had in knee problems directly related to going deep(not because you went to heavy or bad form)?
