Even worse than it was before the diet, which is saying a lot.

Leg strength hasn't been bad but upper body strength is down, in general, due to a litany of injuries, plus the diet.
 
down approx 10 pounds for 2 weeks. yesterday was by far my most tiring day ever. I barely made it through my workout.

I've been trying postworkout carbs.... and It seems to knock me out of ketosis temporarily. Took some last night but this morning I was back in ketosis. I'm also trying a 2 day carb up, and if it takes me too long to get into ketosis I'm going to switch to a one day carbup. I prefer 2 days so I can get lit up on friday and saturday.

I'm in my 4th week.....down about 13-15 pounds...energy and strength are okay.

BTW...for the record....Nature Boy is between my legs on the luge.
