What's the best way to dose if you work out around 5pm everyday?? I got a friend hopping on the Beast train, 30mg every day.

I was on Test 250mg wk and Beast 30mg ed and he didn't believe that's all I was on.

I would keep the doses split evenly as u can thru the day, JMO!

I was thinking roughly 10mg 7:30am, 10mg 1:30, 10mg 4:00. Is that too close together? Splitting it evenly might be better.

I was taking 1 in the AM before work, and then after work I'd take another 2 before my workout.
