ajaygill New member Aug 10, 2009 #1 I got my buddy to order some bdrol finally and he's wondering if you must evenly space out the caps? Like every 8hours or is it fine if you just take 1 in the morning and 2pre-workout. He usually worksout around 4-5pm.
