Beastdrol log...2nd go around

Sup dudes, I'm startin my 2nd beastdrol cycle today. A little bit about my first run in with the beast. It was this time last year and I was just tryin to get bigger for spring break.
I was a 6' 155 scrawny kid and beastdrol turned me into a 190 animal, unfortunately with all that weight and strength gain I messed up my rotator cuff pretty bad. My bp max went from 175 to 225 in 4 weeks.
This go around I'm gonna be doing this:
Beast 1-4(20,20,20,30)
Forged liver support1-4(recommended dozing)
Fish oil1-4(8 pills/daily)
Ntbm gear1-6(12 pills/daily)
Bridge 4-8( double dosage since I cNt get hcgenerate)
Unleashed/post cycle (5-8)
I plan on goin to gnc Nd picking up some joint pills after work today
 
Nice man, and PCT looks good.

Interesting with the Beast last year, gonna have to try it myself, see how it compares to Dbol.

Dbol pushed me from 162 - 188lbs. But you spanked me on the home front, strength increases look hot to.

Are your injuries fully recovered? Have you been training for recovery before you start to strength train again?

just be careful this time around.. dont up the weight sooooo quick.. it sucks but you have to be safe.. you could think about running in for 6 weeks.. just a lil lower dosage but for longer? or just not upping the weight so quick.. go w/ more reps..

no matter what though do lots of PREHAB exercising and stretching so you dont have to do rehab later
 
My full stats are 6, 183 right now...I did a full 6 month rehab on my shoulder. I start every workout shook through a rotator cuff workout my doc gave me. This time around I'm doin an all dumbbell style workout with some kettle balls thrown in
 
it may be perfect but i would do a lot of your own research on "shoulder prehab exercises" as opposed to just trusting your doctor. find out what athletes do before and after a workout and see what you think..

I blew up on beast and stopped taking it mid cycl because I made such gains!

Looks goo bro.
 
Got all maxes at the gym today.. Bench 215
Squat 270
Deadlift 285
Felt a little more sweaty than usual....the bench won't be the main workout in my chest but I just wanted to get a good reading of where I am
 
I'm interested in this. I would run beast for 3 weeks though...I've seen a lot of people have more sides than benefits running 4 weeks but you could be one those lucky ones that doesn't. 2nd week will be your best week and MAYBE you might want to consider getting some Osta and start it 2 weeks before you PCT...it could help with minting your gains ;)
