Beastdrol gains...

I see a lot of people putting on 15-25lbs in a month cycle of Beastdrol. I am sure not all of it is pure lean mass. So my question is... how much of it is fat? Looking to put on 7-10lbs of pure lean mass in a month. Obviously getting stronger as well but that should be pretty easy.

A diet would look something like high protein and medium-high complex carbs?

Figure 180lbs, 5'10". Roughly 3500 calories a day? Tuna, chicken, fish oil, and lots of oatmeal.

I hear yeah. I've only ran it solo once. I gained 12lbs and my bf never increased. I was very strict with my diet and kept my cardio up. I was able to keep about 8-9lbs.

It depends chris. No matter what you will gain on beast if you workout.

Diet will dictate if they are fat or lean.

For me, it was lean gains with minimal water weight. I think it was 17lbs before pct, 12lbs after. But it was a while ago, so dont quote me on the numbers.

transaderm helps a lot with the sides... n2guard does as well... you want to eat plenty or carbs and drink plenty of water... your diet is going to determine if you put on fat no matter what your doing or running... if your diet is in check, beast is not going to give you water weight or fat gain... its dry gains... keep your diet in check and you will be happy with the results... work hard and get the most out of it you can

Under 300-50 starts to take its tole. Shoot for 400 in carbs. (depending on your size) , and of course the 1.5-2gms of protein.

400 carbs?! And 360g of protein!? No one is trying to put on 20lbs on this one. Is that really necessary for a 5-7lbs weight gain of pure lean mass?

What did you weigh before starting? What kind of calorie intake did you have? What kind of routine did you use in the gym?

170ish to 182/6 after
Roughly 3000 calories a day, cheat weekends
Lots of meat and breads and pastas
Dont remember exactly (it was 2010)
