Hey guys doing my first ever oral cycle. Thought I'd share my experience with you all with a log.

1-4 Beast 20/30/30/30
1-6 Katana 3.0 4 pills day
1-10 N2slim
1-6 N2guard
3-6 Forma
1-8 HcGenerate

PCT
7-10 Clomid 25/25/25/25
7-10 Unleashed/Post cycle
7-10 Forma
7-10 Ostarine 25mg day

Starting Stats
6'1 188 12% BF

My goal is to gain 10-15 pounds and get into single digit BF

My Diet
I'm consuming 3200 cals per day.

I workout each body part once a week and alternate heavy/light weeks
 
Today was my first day. My pill scheduled was:

7am Beast
730am Katana

11am N2guard

3pm Beast
330pm Katana

7pm N2guard

11pm Katana

I ate around 3200 cals / 2370 carbs / 310 protein.. Someone with good diet knowledge please chime in on this and give me feedback.

Felt like my energy and appetite were up all day.. Killed a good leg workout!

10x10 squats / 2sec hold on the last set
calf raises
leg extensions - Failure
Leg curls - Failure
Hip Adductors - Failure
Leg Press 3x15
 
This stack is awesome, you'll love it bro.

The energy is from the katana. Wait till the strength kicks in and the hcgenerate builds up, you're going to feel like a complete monster.

Keep an eye on you BP throughout this run though. Beast is some strong shit
 
Looks like a good cycle, but its going to require a lot of balance. You need to be eating enough carbs to fight beast lethargy but also have a low enough caloric intake to cut weight.

Your diet looks good I'd just do shit loads of cardio to make up for the high cals you're going to need.

On day #2.. Still feel like I have a lot of extra energy from the Katana. No longer need to take any pre workouts anymore. I did have trouble sleeping last night. Probably from the caffeine from the katana.

Had a really good shoulder workout this afternoon. Felt really focused throughout my workout!

1. 10x10 military press/ 2 sec pause on the last set. 95 pounds

2. Plate raises 3xF 45 pound plate

3. Lateral raises 3xF 15 pound dumbbells

4. Barbell shrugs 4x15 225

5. Shoulder rolls forward/backwards 4xF 45 pound plate

Light week just trying to build endurance alternating heavy next week.

30min of incline treadmill

Yea I made the mistake today of taking N2KTS with Katana.........I'm still fuckin tweaked out lol :worried:
 
Day #3. Made a mistake on calculating my total carbohydrates per day. Typed in 300carbs per serving on my tracker instead of 4. Ha. Wondering why it was so ridiculously high.

I've been feeling great no sides other than me having a difficult time falling asleep night one. But I rearranged when I take my last serving of katana earlier and it made a huge difference.

Today was my last workout for the week. Had really good pumps for my biceps and triceps circuit. Did 4-5 different exercises for each muscle all to failure or high rep counts. My next workout is Sunday which I'll incorporate heavier weights throughout the week and also have my first weigh in.

Day #6
Weighed in 2 pounds heavier today. Been doing good on my diet.. Turned down a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut last night.. Ugh looked amazing!

Today was a chest day:

Flat bench: 3xF with 225
Incline: 3xF with 160
Decline: 3xF with 185
Flies: 3x15 with 30's
Burn out: 5x5 with boards.
^ this is truly an amazing chest/triceps workout.

Had a great pump during my workout. I can start to feel that my muscle endurance is definitely increasing!
 
Day #7
Still feeling full of energy through out the entire day. Still no sides other than a few back bumps. Continue to tan 3x a week to minimize that.

Today was my back workout:

Barbell rows: 5xF 185-205
Lateral pull-down: 5xF 57.5 kg
Dumbbell lawn pulls: 5xF 70's
Rear deltoid fly: 5xF 100kg
Seated Row: 5xF 82.5kg
Good mornings: 3x15 100 pound barbell

Had a really good pump. Starting to see my veins more clearly than usual. My body is also starting to change and look my full. So far I've been very pleased and it's only been a week!

The N2Slin makes such a great addition to this stack. Helps with the carbs you need to combat lethargy sides!
 
The strength came within a week and the definition started showing up after about 10 days

The energy was there from day one

I ran it for 8 weeks.

My gains kinda stalled at about week 6 though, which would only be 3 bottles
 
Day #8
Been raining for 2 days straight.. Has me in a blah mood all day. Never the less I found myself killing my legs today at the gym! Felt good. Felt a little stronger all ready, but it could just still be mental.

Squats:
135x5
185x5
225x5
275x5

Lunges:
3x16 (16 with each leg) 75 pound bar

Leg press:
3xF 8 plates

Seated/standing calf raises:
6xF

Day #9
Still keeping my diet strict. Eating around 3000-3200 cals a day. Today is my second day of upping my beast from 2 pills to 3. No sides so far. Fell great! I'm really liking the N2slim, I fell/look very full after each meal.
Had a great shoulder workout. Had a pretty decent pump.. My veins in my arms were sticking out big time!

Arnold press: 4xF 55's dumbbell

Standing kettle bell raises: 4xF 50 pound

Shrugs: 4xF 245 pounds

Barbell front raises: 4xF 65 pounds

Super set:
Swords: 2x8 12.5 Kg
Dumbbell deltoid raises: 2x8 10's dumbbell

Standing DB press: 2xF 25's dumbbell

45 min incline treadmill

Weigh myself tomorrow!

Day #10
Gained 4.6 pounds so far. Ended up going back to the gym last night to do biceps and triceps. I usually wear sleeves when I workout to sweat more, but decided to go sleeveless. And last night was the first time that I notice how much vascular my arms looked. It got me so pumped during my workout seeing all those veins. I was also up around 5 pounds on all my lifts! ;) very excited so far!

Day #12
Taking today off from the gym as I resume my workouts tomorrow. Been feeling really good. My arms/legs are definitely more vascular.. And my body is really looking fuller. Still now harsh sides other than a few back bumps.
Yesterday I did about a 20 min ab circuit, a light full body workout, and 30 mins of cardio.
My cal intake was around 3000-3100 The first 2 weeks. Thinking about bumping it up to around 34-3500 for the remainder of the cycle.
Ill check in tomorrow with a weigh in.

Day #14
Up 5.5 pounds. I can really see an increase in strength my last 2 workouts. I was able to do my chest endurance workout twice without a problem! I also notice in the mirror than my stomach and waist line is looking slimmer which was what I was hoping for.
I'm excited that this is my 3rd week. Everyone tells me this Is really when the beast kicks in!!
Here's my chest endurance workout from yesterday:

Reps of 150 Push-ups
9. 1
8. 2
7. 3
- -
1. 9

You start out with 9 bench press reps of 150. Immediately drop down and do 1 push-up. Continue without any breaks until you get to 1 repetition of 150 and 9 push-ups! I started out using 135 on the bar and once I've been able to finish the workout without failure I up the weight the next time.

Incline press: 2xF
Decline press: 2xF
Dumbbell flies: 3xF

Havent noticed any strength gains from my katana yet, but I have noticed some nice leaning out and general feeling of badassness. Definitely has my seal of approval.

Looking forward to seeing some strength increases!
 
Liftalot - what day are you on in your katana cycle? I'm mixing beast/katana so I really cant tell what exactly each is doing but I started noticing my body looking more vascular around day 10 and strength at the end of the 2nd week.
 
Day #16
Up 6.2 pounds. Looking leaner in the mirror and up on all my lifts! Still no sides other than I have a hard time falling asleep sometimes but, that could just be from working out late.

Still keep tracking my diet. I upped my cals from 3000 to 3250 a day. I try and just use that number as a minimum.

Yesterday my nutritional numbers were: 3417 cals. 61g fat, 334g carbs, 241g protein, 57g sugar. How are these numbers compared to everyone else's???

Not being able to fall asleep is probably from the caffeine in the katana. Try dosing it earlier.

Day #18
Had the best pump of my life last night at the gym. Did a light bicep/triceps circuit. My two workout buddies both mentioned they haven't seen my arms so vascular or that pumped before ;).
Today I did some abs and 30 mins on the treadmill. Going to take tomorrow off and start Sunday with chest and a weigh in!
The only side I'm starting to notice is my left nipple is becoming itchy.. I just starting using forma this week. Should I get some other AI like adex? Or just stick with forma?

Day #20

Up 7 pounds. Itchiness in my left nipple has gone away. I guess the forma is starting to kick in. No other sides. I feel really good up 7 pounds but look slimmer in the mirror. My shoulders have really gotten broader.

Had a great chest workout today:

Pyramid:
10 reps of 160
8 reps of 190
6 reps of 225 2x
4 reps of 255 2x
2 reps of 290 2x
Burnout: 130x failure did around 39 reps

Incline press: 3xF
Boards
Butterflies with DB 2xF

Was able to do all sets on my pyramid "320" will move up to "325" next time!

Day #24

Up 8.3 pounds. Still no harsh sides and feeling great. No itchiness as the forma as kicked in. Waking up with solid morning woods ;) .. Hcgenerate is a full strength!

My diet is still around 3200-3300 cals a day 40% carbs, 35% proteins, 25% fats. I'm on my last week of beast and still have 2 more weeks of katana..

I'm thinking about changing my diet to 45% protein, 30% carbs, 25% fats to lean out more the last 2 weeks.

Strength wise I'm up on all my lifts.. I can see the biggest difference in strength in my legs and arm workouts.

Day #28

I think I'm going to cut my cycle short. I planned on taking the beast for 4 weeks and katana for 6. But I'm going to cut the katana 2 weeks short. I just fell that I've gained the necessary mass that I wanted and with a stricken diet and more HIT workouts I can cut up on my own without any supps. I should be running out of beast/katana by around Wednesday this week. I'll have a weigh-in and also do maxes this week on bench and squat to see how much strength I've gained. ** can't max on deadlift because I tore my lower back few years ago playing baseball..

Careful - beast can give you a little water so I wouldnt assume that you're where you want to be unless you're factoring that in.
 
As far as fat lost, I thought I would have lost more. But, the weight, strength, and vascularity I got was way beyond expectations. Granted I was trying to feed the beast with lots of carbs.

Has anyone tried p90x or insanity? Thinking about switching over to a more HIT routine for a few months just to change things up and shed more fat.
 
Nice log man, and i've tried both and there not easy well for me at least haha p90x has alittle more weight training to it than insanity, but insanity got me sweating damn good, there both good!

I want everyone to see the difference between a dirty and clean bulk.

These are my stats after I finished my 10 week test E cycle.. My diet was horrible. All I cared about was adding mass.
Weight: 202
BF: 14
Chest: 45.5 in
R Arm: 15.4 in
L Arm: 15 in
Waist: 34.4 in
Hips: 37.4 in
R Thigh: 25 in
L Thigh: 24 3/4 in

My stats after my 4 week beast/katana cycle. Kept my diet in check.
Weight: 198
BF: 11.3
Chest: 44.5 in
L Arm: 15 in
R Arm: 15 in
Waist: 32 in
Hips: 34.5 in
L Thigh: 25 In
R Thigh: 25 in

SUMMARY: I gained a total 10 pounds from this cycle. And compared to my test cycle I've lost almost 3 inches in my hips. The secret is definitely your diet. I can't tell you how important your diet is in getting the most out of your weight training! Been really impressed with this cycle.. Thanks mr supps and NTBM and everyone whose helped me set this up or followed my log!!
