Everyone's different I know but was interested to see what everyone thought on the subject
What is your preferred workout type while on beastdrol or any other orals?name the oral and workout!
I'll go first
1st cycle of beast I did a basic 5*5 workout chest/tris,back/bi,off,legs,shoulders/traps.that's it and I gained near 25 pound in 4weeks
Current cycle of beast same split, but 4 sets by 10 rep with a weight I can push for 15 reps but only 45 sec rest between plus 2 more slow neg sets to finish off.
Both cycles did 4 exercises per body part.
Current cycle 1 half weeks in gained 10 pound already running 30mg Ed stand alone
Post up guys I'm interested
Cheers!

Wow nice gains. What's your diet like? Macros and cals vs bodyweight? I'm curious cuz I ran beast for a recomp with a 20% cal deficit and put on 11 lbs or so. Can't wait to try a lean bulk with it.

Beast is like low rep workouts I hate crossfit style workouts or metcons on beast and my mma/judo training can be a bit crazy too.. i try to time the dosages around them as best I can.

I'll be running beast and I'll be keeping most things in the 8 rep range, don't want to go any lower than that if you're looking to add the most mass.

I have recently been switching my workouts every two weeks to help fight plateau. They say lower weight workouts to failure do more muscle damage to repair and build mass. I recently took 100 lbs off my bench and upped the reps to 20 for 3 sets. I actually think with the more controlled form, more reps, and more muscle fatigue that I have done better. When I added the 100 pounds back this last workout I was expecting to struggle a little more since I had been working out with a lower weight for two weeks and I added 1-2 more reps per set…

Maybe mental I don't know, but it seems there maybe something to it. I was always told less reps for mass, more for tone. However it makes sense that you build muscle from repairing tissue, and the more you fatigue your muscle to failure you'd make better gains. Plus if you pile on too much weight you know your form suffers, and then you have tendon problems, tears, and sprains.

Maybe a few of you others can give it a try and post results. See if anyone else has a similar experience…
