Started my Beast cycle two days ago. Should I run GEAR with my Beast cycle? I read up a little and some say during cycle, during pct, and both....Kinda all over the place Now a little time has gone by since those post...has anyones opinions changed on the most beneficial time to use gear? I'm hitting my macros...but sometimes its hard for me to eat that much damn food every day but I'm getting it done. Increased my carbs for the lethargy with running beast. I want to get the most out of this cycle.
If theres anything else I should be eating or using please feel free to throw me a bone.
Current supps
Protien to help hit macros, pre and post workout
Creatine 5gr daily
Fish oil 3 to 6 gr daily
multi vitamins
water...lots of water
