Hey bro don't fuck around on this one! I would let it go for another day or two and that's it. If you testicle does twist like another bro stated they have to surgically go and untwist it. When the testicle twists it is called Torsion. If you wait to long the testicle will swell because the blood is cut off from the source and just like anthing on your body, if there is no blood flowin' it will die!!!! Which means they will have to remove a nut and you don't want that!! DO NOT FUCK AROUND WITH THAT! There is a very good difference between your balls shutting down and the blood flow being cut off. Just keep an eye on it bro. I'd go and see a doctor any way just for shits and giggles!
