BCAA's Dosage

What is the proper dosage in mg/ per pound of lean body mass or overall weight for;
L-Leucine
L-Isoleucine
L-Valine
L-Glutamine

I know what it says on the bottle, just wondering if xxxmg amount would work for anyone, whether you are 125lbs or 250lbs. I kinda doubt it so if anyone has the answer to this please reply.
