omg, I just ate a whole bag of them, now my tongue is numb as shit and ill have this taste in my mouth for days
 
Can you separate the seed from the shells with your tongue,
all while inside your mouth?

How many at a time can you manage ?

I knew a dude that could toss a handful of whole seeds into his mouth, put the whole ones on one side of his mouth, de-seed, eat and move the 2 empty shells over the the other side. Then spit like 20 empty shells out and reload.

thats what I do... I put a whole handful in my mouth, de-seed them then spit the shells out a little at a time.

now my tongue is like numb from all the salt LOL

I do the same.
Natural for a baseball player I think. At least those who dont use chewin' tobacco.
The limit to how many sunflower seeds... is how much fucking salt you can handle.

it took me about 2min and 2 secs to purchase them at the corner store ;)
 
I mean the guy that came up with the idea for them. There's a commercial here for a grill where the guy wants BBQ pancakes for breakfast.
