BBF and other low carb bulkers

Im thinking this may be a good approach to take since I cant afford to gain any bf,and maybe I would even drop some

here is the diet I am thinking about using

Meal1
Can of Tuna 4 tbsp flax 500ml carb countdown 2% milk

Meal2 6 whole eggs 1 cup mixed veggies

Meal3 Can of tuna 4 tbsp flax 3 tbsp anpb

meal4 can of tuna 4 tbsp flax 1 cup veggies

Meal5 3 tbsp ANPB 500ml carb countdown milk

total cals 3364 prot 210 fat 269 carbs 53 but are from anpb,veggies and very little from the milk works out at 71% fat 24% pro 5% carbs

how does this look,Im currently bulking on 2500-3k but 45% pro 39% carb,22% fat(efa's) but thinks the low carb may be something to give a go

and of course the carb up e4d

You're doing BodyOpus diet? I'd like to hear your results from this. Keep a log for us!
 
def planned on adding in supps,Im still on the carb diet for now,and will only try this if I hear some good results on it,as I cant afford to waste a cycle to not grow

so far Im up 10lbs no bf change but I dont know how long that will last
 
Yep, finals.... agggg.... anywho I agree with taking a calcium suppliment. Add more green vegetables. That should help with the potassium, and you clearly need more. All of that canned tuna is going to add a bit of water weight from the increased sodium intake, and honestly I think your total calories could stand to be a bit higher. I bulk, on low carbs, on 6-7K. I cut on 3500-4000 with a heavy refeed/carbup every 4 days.
 
could you maybe post a outline to see what your eating,I really couldnt think of much more to throw in there,more veggies is doable,just cant see what else as my protein is already quite high at over 1 g per lb lbm,add more fat maybe?

my body is really funny when I cut I go around 1500-1700cals with cardio burning 500cals 5 days a week and it still comes off slow as hell and I can bulk easy on anywhere from 2500-3k,but am open to suggestion

just curious to your results on this,how much weight,how long it took to add it,on or off cycle

No need to add more protien. 10 tbs of extra virgin olive oil will add 1260 calories.
