BB truth Vs Bottom line BB, Nelson?

Before i commit to buying either one of these e-books i would like to know which is a better read in regards to training principles and diet/cardio and such.

Also any peeps with reviews post up and comment, please.

Thanks.

I'd say try BBT first. But BLBB has more in terms of diet. But I should warn you. I have no diet plans in the book. In fact I dismiss them and explain why. This is tough for some people to accept. There's also an entire chapter dedcated to cardio, but it may surprise you.

OK but will BBT satisfy diet basics as you outline them? I am not talking about diet plans but diet basics and rules to follow. I kinda don't want to have to buy 2 books as i am short on money and don't want to have that unsatisfied feeling after reading one of them.

So in short i am an experienced lifter. That being said, would you still recommend BBT? Is it a rookie book?

I like them both, still reading BLBB.
Did I need them, no, but Nelson looks at some things a little differently than others do. That's one of the reasons I ended up getting both. Plus. it never hurts to learn something different to use later for a change up.
His diet coverage, in both books, is straight forward and basic and pretty much a no brainer. Some people like it and some don't. To each their own.

i enjoyed bb truth more, i really liked nelson's insight into the history of bodybuilding and some of the workouts are pretty good.

I think both are very, very good.
BB Truth is more interesting because it goes into a lot of history.
Bottomline BB is more practical because it touches more on practical stuff, including but not limited to steroids.
Nelson deserves some credit.
