a little over a year ago i was drinking at least 3 times a week, i was into coke and pretty much any drugs i could get my hands on.
i was 5'9 235 and prolly close to 30%bf. i was getting sick and tired of this lifestyle, always tired feeling like shit, and not to mention always fighting with my g/f. so i decided to take a weight training course at my school, and turn my life around. then that was it, i slowly stopped drinking and taking the drugs, ate right, and most importantly educated myself about diet and training. it took me around six months to loose the weight, i was 170 13%bf. then after finding this board and realizing even if i am skinny i will still look like shit because i will be a skinny little runt. i researched bulking diets, how to lift hard and intense. That was it the BB bug hit me. every week my strength has been going up and i am loving it. i am currently 192 14.7%bf, best shape i have ever been in and feeling even better, i owe this all to BB because i has certainly changed my life around for the better.
