Once again I will try to maintain a journal. The last two failed cause I was too lazy to post anything. This one is just for diet. My notebook stays in my car so it would be a pain to try to copy everything all the time.
Stats:
Age: 23
Weight: 147
Height: 6'3"
BF: 7%
Been Lifting for last 5 years. Done 5x5 twice now and done many other programs. Currently doing the beginners program out of "Arnolds encyclopedia of bodybuilding". Biggest problem has always been eating. I have the fastest metobolism in the world. Been eating 3500+ for since new years and have put on 7 lbs. Just using this to keep myself motivated to eat. Cause I am busy and lazy so I hate to waste time eating. Always worth another try.
Trying for:
3500+ calories a day
150 grams of protein
1 lbs a week of hopefully muscle
Taking:
Nlarge2 after working out
Muscle milk at night

One a day vitamin
osteo-bi flex triple strength
My knees are to the point where I cant squat anymore, so if anyone has any better ideas for joints send them my way. Well this looks good for now ....
