Basic Epi-strong cycle for a beginner.

This will be my first time ever using much less looking into pro-hormones and the more I read the more I see these crazy stacks of who knows what... Needless to say I'm lost. My friend takes Epi-strong and Forged post cycle as his pct and that's it. I was wondering if that's the wrong thing to do now since I see lists of 5 or so different things all being taken during each cycle. I would like a Epi-strong for dummies guide if you will. Just the basics or a simple stack please, along with a proper cycle. Basically everything I need to know simplified in one spot. Thank you for your time.

At your age, I would stay natural and grow for a few more years before messing with your HPTA and hormone levels. Your natural hormone levels are so high right now, that with the right diet and training you could gain muscle easily. Might as well take advantage of that while you can. It also sounds like you are relatively inexperienced with pro hormones and post cycle therapy and that means you rent ready in that regard either.

I've been lifting for some time now and this is the biggest plateau I've hit. My diet is great but I just won't gain more strength. I have a few friends who have used this, however I don't like just taking a friends, "word" for things of this nature. I'm set on doing a cycle, I would just like the proper information on how to do a proper cycle. I understand that my knowledge of pro-hormones is lacking, but that's not to say it isn't there. I would greatly appreciate any further insight.

I don't want this coming off the wrong way, but you are going to have to do your own research. Nobody here is going to spoon feed you everything you need to know to cycle. I don't recommend you cycle just yet anyways, as you are clearly are not ready. If you have hit a plateu at 21, then your nutrition is lacking or there is a problem with your training. Going on steroids fixes nothing. If you can't gain naturally, then you can't gain on steroids. Any gains you do make, will be gone just as soon as you come off.

Rick is right as usual. you should post up your complete diet and training routine to get feedback on them before figuring out what your next step should be. messing with your hormones shouldn't be taken lightly, especially at your age.
