baseball players using question

I know alot of pro players are using juice and know the benefits are real. I pitch and want to take advantage of the gains. I lack core strength or the ability to keep the strength when I get it. I know alot of people on my team who are going to take winny this offseason. I was told that a kid took one dose and gained 10mph on his fastball. Would you believe this to be true. Because I was thinking of trying it. Everyone says no side effects for one dose. If not winny then what. Fast fibers are what is needed in baseball.

if baseball pitchers claim to be getting results from steroids that help their play, it is probably just the placebo effect(they believe it, so it is true)I don't see how gear would help any one but a home run hitter

well I know that strength alone can improve your performance at any position because, when I was working out hard before the season started I was throwing 85-87 and before I worked out I was at 80, so strength is a major factor. The stronger you are the faster and its easier to keep your body balanced to throw.

i think most players use it for joints. baseball is a speed hand eye game. i cant see how they need to be really strong or buff. but than again, i know a few pros that have bought from the same guys i have, so there must be some reason i am not clear about

well if you're a pitcher wanting to juice to increase your velocity listen up:

do not take winny..too hard on your joints and with the downward pitching motion, you're already putting a lot of stress on your shoulder, elbows, wrist, and knees (planting and pushing off the rubber)

if i were you, take some mild anabolic like primo/anavar or maybe some test..and just concentrate in the weight room on squats, lunges, and other leg exercises cuz i'm a former baseball player and I know for a fact (as should you) that your velocity will increase only due to arm SPEED (not strength) and leg strength (the thrust off the mound)

hope this helps

Kak

Actually I used anavar this last off season. I gained 3-4 mph off of it, but about a month into the season all gains went away. I could feel a difference when I was using the stuff and on the mound. But all I here is how winny is the stuff to get.

im telling ya bro..stay away from the winny if you're a pitcher..its fine if youre a centerfielder, or shortstop etc..but if you're a pitcher or catcher stay away from WINNY..let me saythis again..STAY AWAY from WINNY!!

its too harsh on your joints..and it will cause injury..just ask Michael Jordan why throughout his career his knees killed him

eq is your best bet since aromitization is small..if you can get your hands on halotestin or test with arimidex that'd be awesome for you...or of course, FINA injectable (PM me if you are interested in finding out how to obtain)

dbol, i wouldnt go with because of the major water retention and bloating..

Speed+Strength= Power so yes being stronger and faster will definitely help with Baseball. Wish I was still playing but quit to pursue more education after a Knee injury freshman year.

Winny will be hard on the joints. You can take it with a low dose of Deca. A few guys on my team did this.

Work hard on a speed and power program before the season. Sprints, uphill running and Stadiums.

Also do Plyometrics and other power building exercises. Then in season cut it down and try and maintain. Look at Sammy Sosa that guy is huge and bloated in the Spring and looks very much leaner around midseason.

I think Barry B. hit it up the last few years. He already had a tremendously quick bat and ecent power. Add a shit load of strength to that combination and bam 70+ Homers. Big Mac was 210 early on. With the same talent and 40 more lbs of muscle his home runs went up an up.

It won't make you better talent wise. If you can hit, you won't hit on roids. But if you are in the middle, very quick and fast bat, or arm motion, add strength in those movements and bam a lot better performance. Faster velocity and farther and longer hits.

It has to do wih training. Don't go into a hypertrophy phase and hope to get more performance. Keep in lean, and get into some good power routines. Deads, Suats, Squat Jumps, Pichting for you, and sprints, sprints, sprints and then some long distance work every once in a while for the endurance in those long season's.

Oh yah more velocity doesn't only come from arm speed. It comes from the Hips, ass and Legs. Look at Roger Clemens, Kurt Schiling, now guys with long whipping motions can also move it, but they also get a lot of Arm injuries because of that. Oh yah and Nolan Ryan. Check out the Wheels on these guys and you'll see where the power and stamina comes from.
