I HAVE A FRIEND THAT TOLD ME HE USED TEST AND WINNY, HE MANAGED TO PUT ON A BIG SIZE AND STRENGHT , HE GAINED 25 PUNDS FROM IT , I GUESS IT WAS COOL!!
 
Power movements + sport-specific training + steroids = gains

Work hard in the gym, lifting heavy. Mix in some plyometrics for explosive power. Speed training is your actual swings in the batting cage. I'd steer clear of Winstrol, since baseball is hard on the joints...and Winny makes joints ache like no other. I'd go with a test/EQ cycle.
 
My brother is a drug free athlete who will reach the mecca of baseball without the extra special vitamins. A real life example and a role model for all athletes.

Nothing in life comes easy. If you think there is an easy way in there will be an easier way out.

Thats great, really. Most people don't have the genetics, no matter how much training you do. Steroids are a way to overcome this.
 
I think about 60-70 percent of people of have the genetics. but 99 percent dont have the know how (training/diet), the determination, dedication.
 
60-70 is way to high. Look at how many people play at the top college level of any sport. Now how many of those people go pro. Not very many.

Look at how many of the peopl have the drive and the determination to make it and to do whatever it takes... not many...

I have a buddy who played in HS with Mike Alstott (Joliet Catholic) Mike used to push his jeep back and forth every night while other guys were busy chasing the broads around....

Genetics does play a role, but there is more to it than that....
 
Fact is I know alot of people who have juiced, D1 and juco, some of my teammates from down south did it in highschool. I just don't know how much they improved because I wasn't around them before hand. People tend to exaggerate. I do lift very hard, fairly strong, for a pitcher and I do eat pretty well. Lots of good calories. My only problem is that I don't throw hard enough.

my younger brother bounced around the NFL for 7 seasons(drafted 5th round by the redskins),never used any gear,never played(except for preseason)
 
Hey, if you want to give it a shot, and you're at an age and training level where there isn't any undue risk...you're a big boy...don't look for approval or disapproval here. Increasing your leg strength will help your drive off of the mound, a stronger core (abdominal) will help you generate more torque, and a stronger shoulder will probably increase your armspeed. So, yeah, if done right, you'll probably add some velocity to your heater. But, keep in mind, that this extra power your body will be generating will put your tendons and ligaments at greater risk if gained too rapidly.

test cyp
anavar
boldenone

low dosages:
, maybe 200 ml test cyp a week for 8 weeks
boldenone 400 ml per week for 10 weeks
and the anavar you should take it at a range of 25- 30 mg.

you should be ganing strenght and speed at the same time,

I'm glad your interested, I'll let you know periodically of how its goin. Last week I started to run GH at 4ius a day. I have a month supply that was givin to me. Too expensive to buy. I will be runnin test, in a couple weeks when it comes in. Thinking about adding winstrol to it but undecided. Was going to stack with deca but the GH should help my tendons. Anavar is too expensive around here. As for research, I studied alot so I know what I'm getting into. I justed to find some other players and their thoughts best compounds to use and how much they improved.
 
I reckon cut down the GH to about 3iu per days with a day off here and there you want it to run for more than a month.
i know people (athletes) who recomend 2iu every second day.....but since you produce somewhere about 1.5 iu(i cant remember...i think its about that, depends on age) that wouldnt be much of a gain.

who would give away GH? Make sure its GH and not HCG. HCG is cheap and shitty, more often then not people try to pass it off as HGH.

HGH will work better with test. there is no reason to run HGH without it. try and run sometthing like D-bol as well, it can help with IGF-1 production.

but again HGH for a month is a waste......lucky your not paying for it.
 
I'm a pitcher, not very good at hitting so thats what I do now. The Gh is medical grade, don't really want to get into how I got it, but lets just say this guy is a good friend and he takes the same stuff. Those are the perks when your a college athlete. Test should be in next week. I decided to run the Gh now because I wanted to be on something during fall ball to help keep me healthy. I did eq about 2 years ago but I think I got ripped off, did'nt do anything. I was to impacient, was afraid of taking test and bought it from a poor source, all of which was a big mistake. Anyways, thanks for all of the replys and I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
 
Dude, you should save your shit and do a lot more research...

For the reasons endpoint said... at the very least you should have known to run it with the Test better than alone...

Also to make sure what you are putting in your body... There is no shame in not knowing everything, but there is in being a dumba$$ and injecting some crap and getting all jacked up because of not asking enough questions....

There are more than enough people here who will help you to attain your goals, you will get more out of it if you realize they might know more that you....

Dude, I did do my research and I know Gh should be ran with test, but like I said earlier I needed something in me now. Anyways it comes in next week anyways. Plus my source is legit, not going to go into detail about it, but trust me.

It is my personal opinion that gear isnt for a 21 year old unless he/she is a pro, in a cut throat game/event.

that being said. Stick with your source. Dont read all these steroid message boards......they are full of shit. www.anabolex.com is probably the best. Every other page has jerk off bodybuilders who are the same size as me.....but have done 10 cycles. They all take to much stuff, pretty much dangerous dosages, when they could grow on much less. (if they learnt how to eat and train)

The more i learn the more a joke the internet becomes.

If you can hang around with people with the same goals as you and learn from them, dont take anyones word.

keep your training in check and visit a doctor during your cycle. you dont want to mess anything up.

spend more time off than you do on. learn how to train for your self and your body type. you would be surprised what you can achieve naturally. Im glad i have stuck it out. and i know i did it all myself.

I know what your sayin. Anyways my advice is coming from an ex-bodybuilder. Hes a big guy and I trust the advice he gives me. And the point you make about 21 years old. I'm doing this so I do go pro. Getting signed is all about velocity. Being right handed I have to throw about 90mph. I have not been radared lately but I would guess that I'm at 85.
 
Most baseball players don't know what there doing. Most of them are doing winstrol by itself. This guy however has worked with baseball players in the past like Albert Pujols. Not sure if I believe him, but have no reason not to.
 
Albert Pujols- Dude, c'mon- of course there would be no way to verify this.... dude I see people talking that crap all the time, that they worked with this athlete or that one, but they have no ability themselves...and can't verify the details

If possible I would try to find someone who is a ballplayer like endpoint said.... even if they are using something that you would not like to (like winny solo), they will know alot more about how that particular drug will affect your performance than some dude who never played....

Search around the boards for someone who knows your sport, I am sure they are out there....

I played professional basketball in europe for 2 seasons. I could play professionally in any sport I choose. I am that athletic and if you have any doubts please come see me in Long Island, NY and I will prove you wrong. I can assure you that I am real.

Hey basketball and baseball are two totally different sports. Baseball is a balistic sport, which means it requires great explosion which is increased with anabolics. Basketball just isn't the same. Sure you have to sprint and jump, which requires good explosion but it is nothing like throwing a baseball.
 
Yeah Becoming, its hard to believe, but I've seen photos of him in contests and he was also a martial arts olympics champion for many years. Not the Olympics. Throwing a punch and a baseball are very similar. I actually did some martial arts with him. Very impressive.

I would not go so far as to say basketball is not as athletic or explosive as baseball... many out there would disagree...

Regardless, endpoint has given the best advice here... I would do what he says and find someone in your sport to help you out...

Don't be so ready to just throw some stuff in your system no matter who says it is good- it is your body dude, if you think anyone gives as much of a crap about what happens to you you are dead wrong...

I would rather wait a year to get some good solid info from someone who has specifically been there and done that, than to F myself up royally.... you are young dude, take your time and make good long term decisions...

That way you get the results you are looking for and not ones you don't...
 
nandrolone is the compund most used among pro baseball players here in mexico, even at the panamerican games they where tested positive and the substance was nandrolone; you can have a search over the net to confirm this.

I think it is funny that you come on this board asking questions, and when you don't get the answers you were hoping for, attack people like a fucking third grader.

My understanding is that if you have a large percentage of 'fast twich' fibers, then you can do explosive movements better. So, a large part is genetics. Even at the age of 12 I could throw 80+ without any training. I don't know how good that really was but it was faster than many adults. I haven't measured my current speeds but maybe I should. I have always had shitty endurance ability,but good explosiveness. I used to want to be a pitcher, but I was discouraged by some idiot people and never took it anywhere. Anyways, enough about me, go to the anabolic forum and ask there. just don't be a dick. K?

I have noticed that the stronger my shoulders, the better my fastball. I've got some weighted baseballs that I'm thinking about useing, some people swear by them. I am going to take slow with them and see how it affects my arm.

Ya know, I'm not a big fan of running except after I throw alot. I think it helps clean out the arm. Before a game I will warm up with a light jog, then stretch and do some sprints before I begin to throw. Alls I'm taking right now is the gh, been on for 1 month now, gained 4lbs and body fat has gone down a little bit. I wish I had my test right now but complications with supplier. My velocity has gone up but it's more due to mechanics. My coached taped me pitching and I found out that I was opening my shoulder too early and my arm was coming forward too early. Once I fixed it my fastball instantly went up, didn't have the gun on me but all of the hitters said I was throwin harder.
 
Well lately, we've been doing nothing but scrimmaging. So basically I'm on a rotation. Right now the weathers been bad so it's kind of screwed that up. But in our games we go 7 innings. It's not so much the pitch count but how your feeling and velocity. Right now my velocity actually gets better in the later innings. I take a day off the next day and usually throw on the other days. Either long toss, flat ground work or just loosen up. Depends on how I'm feelin. I do have problems with tendonitis in my bicep. But the lay off from all the rain has been helpin it out.

Im going 4 days/week gym, one for legs, one for chest-shoulders, one for triceps-back, one for abs-biceps. middle weights, 3 series 25-20 reps, it has helped me a lot in the endurance issue and speed, i had the gun on my fast ball yesterday ... 92 mph, i was not aware of me throwing that hard, 3 months ago i was at 88 mph. so 4 miles is quite mucho for a 4 month workout program.
 
You throw pretty hard. I'm 5'10 at 180lbs. right now I top out 85 right now. Pretty good considering its taken me a year and a half to get back up to that after a rotator injury. I'm hopin for upper 80's by winter considering I was trowing 85 when I weighed 155. Last year I was only able to throw 76. What kind of gun do you guys use? Our team has a jugs and a stalker. As for glucosamine, I took it in highschool and I didn't notice anything.
 
I play AAA Mexcan league at the Veracruz Eagles, I'm 5'10, 176 lbs, by the way, i had the radar gun with 2 days of rest prior and after 40 pitches, it was peak velocity, an average was 89 mph, but the 92 was very estimulating and it was a 3/4 of the arm pitch, not over the shoulder. i feel more confortable throwing 3/4's
 
always thinking about that... but i have a son to take care of, so right now i just stick to the mexican league, it´s well payed and i only have one season in my career experience as pro, maybe when i get some more experience, and my son grows up!

when you r a pitcher you need to be at low altitude to develop velocity, so florida would be a pitchers training golden camp

no shit, swimong is the way to go, i´ve seen it in my speed and endurance, just hit the pool 2-3 times a week, 30-40 min. sessions, do some 25-30 meters croll, then relax , then start againg... you´l be surprised.
