Barbell Rows

When you're doing this make sure to bring the bar up to the abs, about where your belt buckle would fall. I see a lot of people lifting it to their chest and that brings in the biceps a lot more.
 
i try to pull with my elbows..

but when u think about it, how much tricep do you use when you benchpress.. all of them. i dunno.. but ya, pull with the elbows, if u cant, it might me too heavy
