Bananas

i eat one 15 mins before i hit the gym it gives me an energy boost. I think you can eat too many and get potassium poisining, i dont know how much "too many" is though, probably 20.
 
In fact, Bananas are recommended for their potassium content

I thought they are classed as a slower carb, ie more complex. I dont care about potassium, just slow or fast acting carbs.
