Ok he wasn't dead in the pick he died a month or so later.
They are heroin addicts, face plant guy is on some good ass dope.

I grew up there, I recognize the neighborhood they're in.
An old friend of mine took this about a week ago and posted it on facebook.
Then someone else replied that they know the 2 guys and that the 1 in black had recently died.
And yes baltimore is just like any other city ,it has its good parts in bad parts.
But there is no question that there has been and still is a heroin and cocaine epidemic there.
I don't know if it's still stands but I heard a statistic 1 time that said baltimore has more heroin and cocaine per person than any other city in united states.
