Balanced Strength

I know leg curl should be 2/3 of leg extensionand have heard that bench should be equal to barbell row. Anyone have a list of what lifts should be to avoid imbalance in the body?

For example, pulldown vs military press or barbell curl vs tricep extension.

I am a pusher and have found my pull muscles to be lacking so I am concentrating on bringing them up, but don't want to cause any back or shoulder problems.

The best way to balance Hams With Quads is to Use Stiff Legged Dead Lifts

Just doing them with moderate weight seems to be enough

I love to do them Burn our Style at the end of a Leg workout.

Really Visualize you hams bearing the weight on the decent then pull slowly till peak contraction is made, repeat..

good tip for full extention on Stiff Legged DL's

get one of those aerobic platforms that girls do step ups on

and do them on top of that so you get full extention

told you to ask omega :D

Holy & Omega... Stiff-Legget Deadlifts off a platform are frickin awesome. I used to do them with a barbell, now I do them with heavy DB's. I feel like I get a better stretch. Agree???
