Baked Wing Diet

Friend of mine went on a just "wings and water" diet for a month..
not breaded but plain wings with hot sauce and got them baked...
First off, he lost 26 lbs. of water and fat weight..
All the protein gave him nice gains....
Thought I would throw it out there for anyone to try...... :silly:

I could definately do that diet...wings drenched in Louisiana hot sauce and then baked. Might be a little much for breakfast though...

mmm....also sounds extremely nutrious!!!!!!!!! Did he grow feathers? You could eat nothing but hot dogs to for a month and lose 26 lbs.......sound good?

I doubt that, smart ass....

You want to put a wager on it? Prob. even more as hot dogs are less calorie dense than wings...........but, you get my point........caloric defic.....smart ass

Anyone know how to cook buffalo wings w/o using a fryer?

Bake the wings on a broiler pan (a perforated pan [holes in it] with a solid pan underneath) in the oven at about 375 degrees F for about 30 min to 1 hour (or untill done). Then broil to crisp the skin (if you have skin on them). Meanwhile, melt a stick of butter with hot sauce and any other seasonings. Once wings are done & cooled down a bit place in a container with the sauce & toss to coat. If you put a lid on & toss them when hot -- THE LID WILL COME OFF & SAUCE WILL GO ALL OVER THE KITCHEN!! (yes I did this many times!! LOL)
