Baked beans are navy beans, which by themselves are great (although lacking the impressive anit-oxidant capabilities of red beans, or kidney beans).
How bad they are depends on amount of sugar.
When are u eating them? You said ur not really on a diet, so I assume ur not on a cutter (where personally I would just eat pure legumes, if I was going to eat them).
If they have a bit of sugar (<10% of total carbs), I personally don't think they are going to be too bad. If ur consuming them pre-workout or for breakfast, perhaps u could go a bit higher.
