I use to always steer clear of the tuna in a bag that has the marinade such as Mesquite or Lemon Pepper and opted for the Family Size Premium Albacore in water (in a bag thing)
The Family Size bag totals 210 cals; 45.5g protein and 875mg sodium (wtf)
The Mesquite Tuna Steak totals 150 cals; 35g protein and 370mg sodium
I think I'll take the drop in protein to save 1010mg sodium from two of my meals
