bad quad injection

i did a quad inj. sat. no pain, but i did it with my leg bent at a 90 degree angle(i know im a dumb ass). could barely walk 6 hrs. later. Pain still persists, and now my leg gives out sometimes. coould i have permanently damaged someting. hurts to flex straight or bend back.

What did you inject and how much?? You could have hit a nerve or place the oil very near a nerve putting pressure on it...

I had the same thing happen to me. I did a quad injection 4 days ago and it still hurts like hell. I used a 25g/1" syringe to inject 2cc's total (1cc Sust & 1cc EQ). There have been a few times I have stumbled on that leg. It feels like a very bad thigh bruise. I think I will stick with glutes from now on.

i did 2 1/4 cc sudt and eq. combined, witha 25 5/8. Feels like a deep tissue bruise. had to take 2 codiene sat. to sleep.

A good question, and I have on related. So are all injections supposed to be done with your arm/leg straight out? I've always done it like that. I did do an injection on my bicep 2 days ago with 3cc of prop. It still hurts like hell!!!! I know i probably did too much oil in one location.

I always inject with the leg straight out, usually on a bed. This allows me to totally relax, the muscles.
And yes in my opinion 3cc's is to much for a muscle the size of a bicep, especially of Propionate.... OUCH :-)

i shoot in quads just as often as opera winfrey vists a donut shop i get the most pain when i inject fast the first two days where the worst couldnt walk very straight looked really funny too
