Bad pics 4weeks out. JAYMAN

I don't know how to resize so I shrunk them, any help with this would be great. These pics are cold, I didn't workout since the day before, I will Tan and take nice well lit pic at cycle end when I'm fully devoloped. Be easy 1 st body pic posted.
 
bro I dont wanna sound harsh,but your not even close to dialing in for a show,Im about 15% bf and I figure your somewhere near there aswell

The pics are kinda tough to see. Looks like you got some good muscle amigo :) You didn't mean that you were 4 weeks out from a contest right? I hope not. Maybe you meant 4 weeks out from ending your cycle or something. Looks to me that you're somewhere around 13-15% BF.....maybe 12%. Tough to tell with the pics so small. You've got a good physique. Get those pics larger for us! What are your current stats right now...age, height, weight?

Yeah I'm not posing for a show, I am no more then 12% BF also, Can anyone help with making these pics bigger, Maybe if I emailed them to someone who knew what they where doing? I'm 23, 187pds 5'11.

With those stats... have you gained anything? You look small. You should be juicing more and be at least 210 at your height. Dont listen to these guys telling you you look good, you dont and that's the reality, you got everything on you to work on. Dont take it personaly, I like it when people tell me that I'm missing something or need to build more of whatever, because I'm tired of hearing that I'm huge.
 
You got alot of work to do. I see little to nothing as far as muscle goes. Now hit the gym a good 5-6 times a week (if you're on gear), and cardio twice a week. Diet must be big and lean.
 
I'd guess you're around 12 percent bf, but you'll need to be around 5 if you want any hope of being competitive for a show.
