Well, I believe I have torn some cartlidge in my right knee. It started about a month and a half ago. I was just geeting back into lifting again after a couple months off and it was leg day. Well, I warm up as I always do stretch, 6 minutes on the bike and some more streching. I warmed up with 135 and had no problems. Then I moved up to 185 and as soonas I went down I felt this really bad burning pain in my right knee. I couldn't do anything on legs the rest of the day. I took a week off from legs and tried to do them again last week I had some pain, but I toughed it out. I went out and bought a knee brace and hoped that would help. I tried legs again today an d the same thing as before. A real sharp burning pain in my knee. This really suck b/c I am on a cycle and I am not going to scrap it. I believe it is a cartlidge tear b/c I have no instability in my knee and it only hurts when I do squats or leg presses or things like that. I have no problems walking, doing dead lifts or anything like that. I even rode the bike for 7 miles today with no problems. This sucks. Well, I just though I would give you guys an update of where I am in my cycle. This is going to hinder my gains in my lower body and I really hate that. Anyone, have any suggestion on what might be wrong or what might be done if it is a cartlidge tear? Sorry so long guys.
