Bad Blood Results

Just got my blood test results back the other day, and it wasn't what I wanted to hear. My LDL levels where very high and my test levels very low.
I've been off cycle for over 3 months. Took HCG, clomid, and Novadex for PCT. I told my doc everything so he told me to come back in two months for another round of blood work. Any ideas from u pros about what I can to to get me back to normal. I did the proper PCT that the master Jenetic says to do.
Thanks for the help.

How long did you use do PCT for??? Personally during PCT I also use ZMA and Tribulus even after PCT is over and my normal test levels are up the roof, about the high cholesterol were you doing a bulker?? and where you taking any anti E. I would say start eating a lot of fiver specially oat meal, with some fish oils or Lecithing supplementation and tell your doc to give you some Lipitor. Hope that helps bro good luck

yeah the oatmeal helped drop my cholesterol, along with being off cycle of course, i think it was the dbol that killed my cholesterol level.

even though you've been off for a few months, do another complete round of PCT and see where you are at then, it CAN help....

Niacin wont help ya burn fat though, good point for his cholesterol.
No FFAs floating to liver-no triacyl-glycerol which is needed to make VLDL then LDL.

Good advice. The only thing I would do differently would be to go buy Policosanol, and take 20 mg before going to sleep every night. It will lower your cholesterol, and is probably cheaper than the co-pay that your insurance company charges you for prescription meds. My doctor was going to put me on Lipitor a while back, but I asked him to hold off for a few months. 8 weeks after starting the Policosanol, by LDL had dropped dramatically. Give it a shot for the cholesterol issue.
