Have you tried the regular pharmacies around you? A good place to get it online is by using one of the Elite sponsors. They have water and oil, amongst other things.

YOU CANNOT just walk around and get sterile water of any kind. Ever wonder why it's not listed in any vet catalogs or if it is, where is it listed?

IN the script section and sterile water and BA water are FEDERAL script items. Yes, I've seen a place selling it, but they are playing with fire.

By it under a 'research' name or make your own using distilled water then filtered through a 0.22 filter or even a 0.1.

Yes I can and I have done it many times, however I live in Canada so its no big deal. I could walk into a phramacy and order insulin OTC no questions asked if I really wanted to

insulin and bacteriostatic water are available OTC in many states. It it regulated by the state, not the federal government. thus will depend on locality. Most chem supply houses have Bacteriostatic as well.

Bacteriostatic water is OTC here. No big deal, you just walk in and ask. Like insulin, B-12 injectable, codeine...
